Cancellation Policy

Please endeavor to provide at least 21 days notice if you wish to cancel your booking and your deposit will be returned.  If you cancel less than 21 days prior to arrival or fail to arrive and we are unable to fill this vacancy, you will be liable for the full amount or part payment if we are able to partially fill the vacancy.  By supplying a reservation deposit you are acknowledging your acceptance of these terms.  An administration fee of $25.00 will be levied against any cancellations.
